David Burns is currently employed in Digital Services at Dumfries and Galloway College and represents UNISON as the local shop steward.
He has over 40 years’ experience working in I.T. and prior to moving back to Dumfries in 2011, was employed by Glaxo Smith Kline, Shell and Hewlett Packard in Annan, London and Munich in a variety of I.T. infrastructure roles.
David joined DGC Board of Management in March 2024 and is a member of Finance and General Purposes Committee.
