George Clark FIOR, FCIB, MSc (Risk), CIRSC, is an experienced Non-Executive Director and Charity Trustee and a previous Chair and Founding member of The Institute of Operational Risk, an international professional body. He has over 45 years experience in the financial services sector leading both business and risk functions at senior leadership level. As an independent consultant he has advised some of the industry’s leading financial services firms on change, risk and governance issues in Australia, New Zealand, Africa, the Netherlands and the UK. George is a passionate advocate for personal growth, learning and skills development.
George joined DGC Board of Management in September 2024 and is a member of Finance and General Purposes Committee and HR Sub Committee.
