Steven Binnie is an experienced industrial business leader with over 30 years’ success spanning sales, marketing, operations, product development and supply chain management. Known for his highly visible, people-focused leadership style, he has built and energised large teams while delivering significant commercial growth across multiple organisations.
As Managing Director of Alpha Solway and later a Director within the Globus Group, Steven led transformational change and re-establishing UK manufacturing of critical PPE during the COVID-19 pandemic, establishing two production facilities in record time, and built the operational, quality and safety frameworks that enabled the company to scale at pace.
Most recently as Managing Director of Iron & Pine Ltd, Steven has strengthened governance, improved operational efficiency, secured funding to support growth, and driven strategic brand development, building a robust forward order pipeline.
