Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOI(S)A) and Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 give you the right to see information from the College. We publish much of our useful information on this website and provide details of where you will find information in our Publication Scheme.

You can ask us for recorded information about anything including information held on paper or electronically. If we hold that information we will supply it as long as it is not subject to one of the exemptions in the Act. We will respond to your case in no longer than 20 working days from the date we receive your enquiry.

Please provide a description of the information you would like DGC to provide you with. Where your request covers information already published by us, we will guide you to its’ location.

We will usually provide the information in the same format as your request, however if you would like to receive the information in another format please state this in your description.
